Why Accidents happens: I visited a construction site to offer them my safety services. Everyone at the site claimed that they had the OSHA 10 safety training including the Foreman that was flame-cutting a steel section. I tried to talk to the Foreman, the answer was "no time for you" As you can see in the picture, and the Acetylene and Oxygen bottles are not secure and are on the floor. The Foreman (Competent Person) is flame cutting steel on top of these bottles. So, what do you think?
